Cllr. Minnie Paegar-Kallon is the Head of Legal, Licensing & Public Affairs at the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC). Prior to this position she held senior positions at several institutions including the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) as Associate Chief Counsel and the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) as Assistant Legal Services Manager.
Engineer Abu Dekontee Sanso is the head of the Technical Regulation Unit of LERC. His core responsibilities are setting performance targets for licenses, monitoring and enforcing Licensee’s technical and environmental compliance within the Electricity Law, regulations, licensing terms and conditions, regulatory duties and functions that affect the quality, reliability and the supply of electricity in the industry.
<Alieu Fuad Nyei is an economist and public finance management specialist with over fifteen (15) years of experience in macroeconomic management, public finance, public budgeting, economic regulation, financial modeling and public sector reforms. Prior to joining LERC, Mr. Nyei served as Assistant Minister for Expendit Tarnue Sawo is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College and a highly competent IT professional with a proven track record in managing computer system and information system. Sawo has strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him to interact with a wide range of clients. Nunudeh S. Johnson, Jr. was born in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County where he lived until the completion of secondary school. In pursuit of higher education, he moved to Monrovia and enrolled at the University of Liberia and in 2009, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC)Degree in Economics. Jamel Dugbeh holds a Master’s of Science in International Finance and Economic Development (IFED) from the University of Kent – Canterbury, Kent, UK; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), Camp Johnson Road, Monrovia, Liberia. Dugbeh holds certificates in Monetary and Fiscal Policies in J. Allen Doe, Jr. serves as an Accountant for the LERC, a banker and finance professional with over 10 years of experience working in the private sector. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Cuttington University, Suakoko, Bong County. Before the role o Yassah D. Mulbah holds a Bachelor and an Associate of Arts Degrees in Accounting from the Stella Maris Polytechnic University. Yassah worked with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) for four years performing various financial management functions. She also worked with the Society for Women and Aids in Liberia(SWAAL) as Adolescent Girls Coor Olivia Famata Kaba- Russell works as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of LERC.
