On 12 December 2025 the Board of Commissioners (BoC) of the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC), in fulfilment of its statutory mandate to set and approve tariffs under the 2015 Electricity Law of Liberia (2015 ELL), made a decision on the Tariff Application of the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC).
