Nunudeh S. Johnson, Jr. was born in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County where he lived until the completion of secondary school. In pursuit of higher education, he moved to Monrovia and enrolled at the University of Liberia and in 2009, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC)Degree in Economics.
He later matriculated at the Center for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) University of Dundee, Scotland, Great Britain and graduated subsequently in 2013 with a Master of Science (MSC) Degree in Energy Economics.
He is a member of the International Association of Energy Economist. He joined the LERC with a combined professional experiences in the economics of restructuring electricity market, program management, capacity building, auditing and public administration.
Johnson is the Tariff Analyst and ensures that Utility Prices and Tariffs meet revenue adequacy -meaning that the revenue needs of the operators must be addressed as much as possible thereby ensuring that services to customers are available, affordable and accessible.
