Rachel Annetta Williams is the Human Resources & Administrative Manager at LERC, where Rachel is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all Human Resources and Administrative activities and functions, including personnel and administrative policies, regulatory compliance, recruitment, employees’ compensation, learning and development, etc. and whilst educating employees about the policies, processes and procedures.
Rachel has worked with reputable institutions and industries where she has served in various capacities, including Human Resources & Organization Development Manager – SOS Children’s Villages – Kinderdorf; Organization Design, Talent Management & Recruitment Supervisor – LoneStar Cell MTN, Project & Administrative Manager – National Civic & Development Foundation, General Manager – Alternative Initiative & General Services, Inc. and Liaison & Administrative Officer – Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, among others.
Rachel has over 15yrs of experience, demonstrating success in recruitment & screening, talent management, organization design, employees’ services, policy formulation, disciplinary code of actions, development gap analysis, succession planning, project management and administration. Rachel promotes a positive and productive work environment and remains collected in a highly stressed environment.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management with emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Liberia and an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from the CWA Junior College Program of Business (currently UMU).
