PUBLIC NOTICE

The Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) informs all individuals and companies engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution, sale, and import/export of electricity within the Republic of Liberia, that you are required to register with the Commission by 15th January. Failure to comply with this notice is a violation of Section 6.12 of the 2015 Electricity Law of Liberia.
