Cllr. Minnie Paegar-Kallon is the Head of Legal, Licensing & Public Affairs at the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC). Prior to this position she held senior positions at several institutions including the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) as Associate Chief Counsel and the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) as Assistant Legal Services Manager.
